About the Role
We’re looking for a Five9 Outbound Engineer to join our growing call center operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing our Five9 outbound dialing platform to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent call performance across campaigns. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
What You’ll Do
Configure and maintain Five9 outbound campaigns, lists, call flows, and workflows.
Manage dialing modes (predictive, power, progressive, preview) to meet operational goals.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot call routing, agent connectivity, and campaign execution issues.
Integrate Five9 with CRM systems and other platforms via API or data connectors.
Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements for contact strategy and agent efficiency.
Ensure all dialing activities comply with TCPA and data privacy standards.
Document configurations, processes, and updates for team reference.
Support supervisors and agents with system training and technical assistance.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience administering or engineering Five9 outbound systems in a call center setting.
Strong knowledge of dialer logic, call routing, and performance metrics.
Proficient in Five9 Admin Console setup and reporting tools.
Solid understanding of CRM integrations, data management, and API connectivity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM systems.
Familiarity with VoIP, WFM, and QA tools.
Five9 certification (preferred but not required).
