Hate to sound like Captain Obvious here, but let's make one thing perfectly clear - ultimately, contact rate is, at the end of the day, a factor of data...


Good data exists, and bad data exists...


New data exists, and old data exists...


First dials contact better than 50th dials, and 50th dials contact better than 100th dials...


It has been this way since the dawn of outbound calling... :-)


My personal preference, when I ran my call centers, was the first dial model. But I also understand that there is a business for dials 50 - 100. And everything in between...


Whichever type of outbound calling you do, please understand this basic principle... :-)
